‘Project Sirius’ Web Series
Development of ‘Project Sirius’ is going to take at least a year. Let’s be honest, this is a fairly ambitious project with a lot of amazing features. We want to do it right, but we also want to have a finished (non alpha) product by the end of 2022. We wanted to give the fans something special while they wait for the final product. That’s where we came up with the idea for a Sirius Web Series.

We’ve put together a special cinematics team, who specialize in Unreal Engine, and will be doing the entire series using Unreal Engine 5 and motion capture technology. We’ve partnered with amazing companies like Xsens (part of the Movella brand), Manus, Faceware, Glassbox Technologies and Kitbash 3D to bring a 10-episode web series, based in the Sirius world.
Using cutting edge motion capture technology, like the Xsens MVN mocap suit, Manus Prime II gloves and trackers, Faceware facial motion capture software and Unreal Engine, we are able to create beautifully animated episodes. We’re also working remotely with actor Eric Bear, who also has one of the MVN suits.
Being an open world game with no direct storyline, this web series will also build a rich lore and story for the franchise. The pilot episode of the series is expected to be released in December.
