Mark Meer To Join Cast of ‘Project Sirius’

Soon to join the cast of ‘Project Sirius’ is Canadian voice actor, Mark Meer. Meer is well known for his voice acting as Commander Shepard from the Mass Effect franchise, and will be playing one of the characters in the upcoming game. He will be featured in the tech demo, being released some time in late October.

“We’re so excited to have Mark join the team for this project. I’ve worked with Mark for years on different projects, and it’s always been great working with him! It’s going to be a lot of fun!”

Nick Romick

Mark has also appeared in other collaborations with our team, including Bucketheads, where he played Obran Gunn, a lead Stormtrooper – as well as the voice of Commander Shepard in the fan film, ‘Galactic Battles‘, which also featured Meer’s wife, Belinda Cornish, who played the voice of the opening narrator. Cornish is known for voicing characters in Baldurs Gate, Witcher, Dragon Age and Mass Effect, as well as starring in Tiny Plastic Men  and Caution: May Contain Nuts with Meer.

It hasn’t been revealed yet which character he will be playing, but this information will be released later this month. At this time, it is not known whether Meer will be featured in the Sirius web series, but there is a good chance that he will be making some sort of appearance.
